Award-Winning Flash Website : Animad
As I worked on the new website, I found photographs that brought back memories of our golden era around 2011. Back then, our Award-Winning Flash Website : Animad, designed entirely in Adobe Flash, was not just a project but a playful experience akin to a game. Filled with SWF animations and riddles, users had to solve them to enter the pages and doors of Animad’s House. We had a lot of fun creating the website, and it earned recognition and awards for its creativity and innovation.
One cherished memory involves the “Famous Animad” bottle—reminiscent of Famous Grouse Whiskey—celebrating our receipt of the Golden Hermes Award from the Greek Advertising Association. This moment was one of immense pride and joy for our team, as it highlighted our efforts in pushing the boundaries of web design and user experience. Unfortunately, many of these websites no longer exist. However, what remains from our previous work and the recognition it received are the screenshot above and the video below. The screen-capture video showcases the old website, including the main entrance, the rooms, the games, and all the interactive elements.
Although the Flash era has ended 😢, these achievements continue to inspire us. As we embark on this new chapter, we carry forward the same spirit of creativity and excellence. Here’s to many more milestones and a future filled with innovative creations!
